Come on everybody let's do Sloppy Joe Dance.
The Sloppy Joe is a staple of American cuisine and consist of ground beef, onions, and sweetened tomato sauce served on a hamburger bun. Although recipes for this type of sandwich dates back to the 1920s a debate remains on where the actual name came from. Some believe it was a local Sioux City, Iowa cook named Joe who made loose meat sandwichs; others believe the name comes directly from a Key West, Florida bar called Sloppy Joe's. This mystery will most likely never be resolved.
Root Hill serves up a Blue Cheese style Sloppy Joe, which goes great with a can of Pork Slap and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. mmmmhhh garlic.
We recommend not dancing while you eat it.
